16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEEBLO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEEBLO'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NEEBLO FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Neeblo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of the Services
Your User Content
Your violation of applicable law
Your infringement of third-party rights

18. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.
